Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to the images you upload and to the cutouts we return. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process each image and send the result back to you; we do not store your images or use them for any other purpose. You must have the right to use any image you upload.
Credits
HD downloads use credits: one credit is one full-resolution download. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are charged only when an HD cutout is delivered; failed requests are refunded automatically.
- Credits from one-time packs and the credits you receive when you sign up do not expire.
- Subscription credits stay usable until 30 days after the end of the billing period they came with.
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and partial periods are not refunded.
If you have not used any credits from a one-time pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@remove-bg.art. When a payment is refunded, any unused credits from it are removed from your balance.
No Affiliation
remove-bg.art is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to remove.bg, Kaleido AI or Canva. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or comparison.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
