Pricing questions
What is a credit?+
One credit is one HD download: the cutout at your photo's original resolution, up to 25 megapixels. Free downloads up to 2 MP, about Full HD, never use credits.
Do credits expire?+
Credits from packs never expire, and neither do the 3 credits you get when you sign up. Subscription credits stay usable until 30 days after the billing period they came with, so unused monthly credits roll over once.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, at any time from Billing in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and the credits you already have keep working until they expire.
What is your refund policy?+
If you have not used a credit pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Email support@remove-bg.art from the address on your account. Subscriptions are not refunded for part of a month; cancel to stop the next renewal.
Am I charged if a cutout fails?+
No. A credit is used only when an HD file is delivered. If the background removal fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
Do I need credits for free downloads?+
No. You can remove the background from up to 50 images a day and download them up to 2 MP without an account, credits or a watermark.
Can I use my remove.bg credits here?+
No. Remove BG is independent and not affiliated with remove.bg, Kaleido or Canva, so remove.bg credits cannot be moved here. New accounts start with 3 free HD credits.

Do I get an invoice?+
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt after every payment, and you can download past invoices from Billing in your account.
